1892, October 19--- This Indenture made between Lina A. Burke unto John Deal, 
Jr. both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $800 
Dollars, has granted  and conveyed all that tract, lot or parcel of land 
situate, lying or being in the County aforesaid and in the 1209th District GM, 
bounded on the North by Frank Deal, on the East by the mill pond of W.H. 
Roberts, South by J.N. Akins and on the West by WGT Woodrum, containing 190 
acres.

J.N. Akins & T.J. Dixon
W.R. Akins, JP
