Spring Creek-Mill’s old mill & dam

1866, June 14--- This Indenture made between William G. Chitty to Westburg A. 
Davis, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $562 
dollars & 25 cents, convey all water privileges that may be raised by the dam 
that is now or by raising higher, known as the Mill’s old mill dam lying on the 
South side of Spring Creek including the old mill, and 30 acres of land.
