1869, November 10---This Indenture made between John Clifton unto R.W. & G.T. 
Deloach,
All of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of natural love and goodwill, 
right & privilege
Of overflowing as much of his land with water as much as they may be able to, 
by making a dam across Lotts Creek at the Jackson Parrish old mill.  Bounded as 
follows; E. by Lotts Creek, S. by R.W. & G.T. 
Deloach and N. by H. Bowen, Sr.
Witnesses;
   Robert J. Coudrix						s/ John Clifton
   Absalom Scarborough
