1804, April 8--- This Indenture made between Aaron Cone and Susannah Cone, his 
Wife unto Simeon Travis, all of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of 
the sum of $400 dollars, assigns all that tract of land containing 200 acres 
lying on Cany Branch.

   Matthew Carter							    
Susannah Cone
   Matthew Carter, Jr.
