1798, July 13--- This Indenture made between Aaron Cone, planter and Susannah 
Cone, his Wife unto William Wise, all of Bulloch County.  For and in 
consideration of the sum of $100 dollars hereby grant, bargain & sell the 
following tract of land containing 100 acres being part of 200 acres originally 
granted  to William Cone and by the said William Cone conveyed to the said 
Aaron Cone.  Granted to said William Cone by his Excellency Samuel Elliott on 
the 9th day of February 1785, being then in the County of Effingham on the 
South side of Mill Creek.

Recorded 8th day of August 1810
