Ogeechee River-Wright’s Bridge

1860, April 28--- Greetings--Know you that we, Aaron Cone and John Grimes, of 
Bulloch County, for and in consideration of the free passage of the said Aaron 
and John, with their f________ over the bridge spanning the Ogeechee River in 
Bulloch County, known as “Wright’s Bridge” forever and also 5 acres and use of 
the landing for timber now on that portion of land on which “Wright’s Bridge” 
now stands.  The said free passage and free egress and use being hereby granted 
to us forever by William Wright of Chatham County, Georgia.  The 2/3rd part of 
all those 5 acres of land situate and being in Bulloch County, being part of 
that land on which the aforesaid “Wright’s Bridge” and improvements now stand 
on the Ogeechee River.
