Mincy’s Mill Creek

1855, November 19--- this Indenture made between Rachel Daughty unto Benjamin 
Wilkinson, son of said Rachel Daughty, both of Bulloch County, Georgia.  For 
and in consideration of material love and affection and for and in 
consideration of the sum of $5 dollars have given and granted and do by these 
presents do by these give and grant all that tract of land situate, lying and 
being bounded on all sides by vacant lands at the 
Time of survey but known adjoining land of said Rachel Daughty lying on the 
Waters of Mincys Mill Creek containing 200 acres and originally granted to 
Wiley Bird.
