1899, February 11--- This Indenture made between Obadiah Davis of Bulloch County
unto W.B. Stafford 
Of Liberty County, for and in consideration of the sum of $327.79 dollars, hath
granted, bargained, sold and conveyed all that tract lying in the 47th G.M.
District in the County of Bulloch and bounded on the North by the Estate of J.G.
Slater, East by W.M. Brannen, now James J. Bell and East line being a contract
or call line running from the South end of the Drummons Mill Dam, a straight
line to the ford of Little Caney Branch, on the South by E.C. Burnsides and on
the West by the Estate of J.G. Slater and being conveyed to Obadiah Davis by
U.M. Brannen on the 27th day of August 1891 containing 100 acres.
