1877, January 5--- This Indenture made between Robert DeLoach unto Zachariah 
DeLoach, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $900 
dollars, convey all that parcel of land adjoining North by John Clifton, West 
by _._. DeLoach, South by ______  _______, 300 acres with the mill and  the 
water
privileges and sawing of timber for the use of the plantation and spinning the 
cotton, the above exceptions to be free of charges for himself, his heirs & 
assignee.
