Mill Branch-Beasley’s Mill

1887, March 29--- This Indenture made between John Deloach unto Emma E. Mikell 
and John Cleveland, all of Bulloch County .   For and in consideration  of the 
natural love and affection hath give and grant unto Emma E. Mikell and at her 
death, her son, John Cleveland Mikell, ˝ of the value of all my land lying in 
the County of Bulloch in the 1340th GM, said to contain 50 acres lying on the 
South side of the Public Road leading from Beasley’s Mill to the Mill Branch, 
bounded as follows; on the South by Rafe Sims, North by heirs of John Deloach, 
East by Rafe Sims and West by J._. Deloach.
