Warranty Deed
1888, May21--- This Indenture made between J.C. DeLoach unto R.W. DeLoach, both 
of Bulloch County.
For and in consideration of the sum of $500 dollars, assigns forever all that 
parcel of land lying in the 1340th GM District of said county, being a portion 
of the tract on which the said J.C. DeLoach resides, bounded on the Northwest 
by said J.C. DeLoach, the old Dublin Road being the dividing line on the North 
by said J.C. DeLoach, the road leading from the residence of the said  J.C. 
DeLoach to Black Creek Church being the dividing line on the South by said J.C. 
DeLoach and East by C.W. Zetterower containing 125 acres, also ½ interest in a 
Water Mill on Lotts Creek with Grits Mill, Saw Mill, Cotton Gin and all 
fixtures including all water rights and privileges.
