Lotts Creek-J.T. DeLoach Mill

1876, March 14--- This Indenture made between J.T. DeLoach unto R.W. DeLoach, 
both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $10 Dollars for 
further consideration of a warranty deed to 300 acres, hath granted, sold and 
conveyed all that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the 46th 
district of Bulloch County containing 200 acres bounded as follows; North by a 
branch of water running Northwest and South and to where the said branch turns 
to enter the creek below the mill; thence in a direct line out by mill dam and 
Lotts Creek, South  by lands of Alex Hendricks and West by lands of Alex 
Hendricks and Mitchell Lanier.
	This Indenture is not intended to convey any right or rights to the 
mill and gin or privileges thereof.
