1881, June 13---This Indenture made between John DeLoach, Sr. unto James H.
DeLoach, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $900
dollars, hath granted sold and conveyed all that tract of land lying on the West
side of Big Lotts Creek containing 363 acres bounded as follows; South by Nancy
DeLoach, West by  mill tract , North by Jasper Anderson, East by Big Lotts Creek
with lands belonging to the mill survey ay this time.
