1885, May 29---This Indenture made between John M. Denmark unto Francis C. 
Denmark, both of Chatham County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $300 
dollars, has granted, bargained, sold and confirm all that certain tract or 
parcel of land being in the District [No. not given] containing 270 acres 
bounded on the North by C.W. Zetterower, North by James Denmark, South by J.W. 
Donaldson and West by mill pond of J.C. DeLoach with the houses, out-houses, 
yards, privileges, easements , of the terms of a contract in writing, the said 
principal note & providing for the protection and enforcement thereof under the 
provisions of an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Georgia approved 
December 12, 1891 entitled An Act to provide for sale of property in this state 
to secure a loan and other debts.  Breach by the party of the 1st part of any 
of the terms of the said contract shall constitute a Trustee for sale at public 
outcry without an order of any court.
