1882, April 8--- This Indenture made between William W. Dikee unto Benjamin 
Atwood, both of Bulloch County.   For and in consideration of the sum of $270 
dollars, sell & convey all that parcel of land lying on the Waters of 10 Mile 
Creek and the 45th Dist. G.M., containing 228 acres, being ½ of a survey 
containing 456 acres, (known as the William B. Williams Mill land), bounded  
North by John Hollard & William Hollaway, South & East by Remer Dikee & others, 
West by Benjamin Atwood and said 10 Mile Creek.  Together with 1/4th interest 
in the saw and Grist Mill on said 10 Mile Creek.
