Florida		        Know all men, that I, William H. Edwards of the County 
of Clay and State of Florida Bradford County	        have this day, 
appointed George _. Edwards of the County of Liberty and State of 
1877, December 15th    Georgia my special attorney to sell all that tract of 
land being in Bulloch County, State of Georgia on the Great Ogechee River and 
better known as the Mill Place , containing 858 acres.
