Crane Branch-Mill Privileges

1876, March 27--- This Indenture made and agreed on between Abram Ellis and 
P.C. Harper, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of 
$8. Dollars for the privilege of holding water for Mill privileges on the said 
Abram Ellis’ land lying on Crane Branch.  To have and to hold said parcel of 
land unto the said P.C. Harper for any water privilege connected  with any Mill 
that may hereafter be put on the Crane Branch below the land of said Ellis from 
the date hereof for and during the full term of 99 years next ensuing.
