1889, December 17--- This Indenture made between Bedford Everett unto Howard 
Kirkland as Deacon of Mount Pisgah Primitive Church, both parties of Bulloch 
County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $4 dollars , hath granted, sold 
and conveyed a certain tract or lot of land, situate, lying and being in the 
1320 th G.M. District of Bulloch County, bounded on the Northeast and South by 
the said Bedford Everett and on the West by Waters of the Great Lotts Creek, it 
is near what is known as Fish Trap, containing 2 acres more or less to the said 
Howard Kirkland, Deacon, as aforesaid and to his successors in office.
