Bay Gall Creek-Fnich Mill Pond

1897, September 27--- This Indenture made between D.C. Fnich unto B.A. Fnich,
both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $600 dollars at
these presents granted, sold and conveyed the following parcel of land lying in
the 46th District GM of Bulloch County bounded East by J.A. Fnich, Southwest by
Fnich’s Mill Pond to the high water mark West to the run of Bay Gall Creek and
North by the Shope Co. containing 164 acres.
