1899, March 16--- This Indenture made between J.S. Franklin unto Olliff
Investment Company, both of Bulloch County.  Witnessed, that the said party of
the 1st part for and in consideration of the sum of $500 dollars at and before
the sealing and delivery of these presents, has granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed to said party of the 2nd part.  All that parcel of land lying in the
1320th GM District of Bulloch County containing 371 acres and bounded as
follows, North by E.E. Foy Mfg. & Co., East by E.E. Foy & Co., South and West by
Z.T. DeLoach.		[additional 2 pages, loan information]
