1804, February 9--- This Indenture made between Lewis Gay unto Thomas Keytton, 
both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $250 dollars, 
grant, bargain & sell 200 acres, originally granted to Spivey Jones, on the 
West side of Sculls Creek including the mill seat known by the name of Gay’s 
Mill Seat and butting and boundary NW & NE by Richard Gay, SW by John Stewart, 
SE by Isom Roberts.
