1849, December 13--- Know you in presumed of an Act for opening the land office 
and by virtue of the power in me vested, I have given and granted and by these 
presents in the name and behalf of the said State, do give and grant unto Hiram 
Collins, all that tract of land containing 100 acres lying and being in the 
County of Bulloch and butting and boundary by Isaac Turner, Kennedys Branch, 
David Summerlin and John Dickison having such  firm shape as appear by a Plat.

This plat dated on the 7th day of February 1848 and surveyed on the 24th day of 
April 1848 for Hiram Collins who resides in this State, a tract of land 
containing 100 acres.
