Lot 107/12th District of Irwin County
Written: December 27, 1822
Recorded: May 12, 1823

Know all men by these presents that I John Green of the state of Georgia and 
County of Bulloch for and in Consideration of One hundred dollars to me in 
hand paid before and at sealing and delivery of these presents do bargain sell 
and deliver unto Joshua Platt of the state and County aforesaid a certain 
tract or parcel of land containing four hundred and ninety acres situate lying 
and being in the above mentioned state and twelfth District Irwin County and 
is known and Distinguished in a plain of said District by the number one 
hundred and seven and I the said John Green to warrant and forever defend the 
said tract of land from me my heirs and assigns and against any other person 
or persons whatsoever Claiming or to Claim unto the said Joshua Platt hence 
his heirs and assigns forever Signed Sealed and delivered this December 27th 
1822
