State of Georgia 
	
	
	This indenture made this First day of January in the year one thousand eight
hundred thirty one Between William B. Green and Mary Green his wife of the
county of Bulloch and state aforesaid of the one part and James W. Lewis and
Lewis Green of the county and state aforesaid of the other part Where as the
said William B. Green in right of his said wife who lately was Mary Turner is
entitled a certain undivided interest in the Estate of Charles Turner late of
Burke County deceased  Now the Indenture witnesseth that the said William B.
Green and Mary Green his wife for and in consideration of the sum of Five
hundred dollars to us in hand will and truly paid by the said James W. Lewis and
Lewis Green at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
where of is hereby acknowledge this the said William B. Green and Mary Green
have granted bargined sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and
by these presents do grant bargin sell alien remise release convey and confirm
unto the said James W. Lewis and Lewis Green and to their heirs and assigns
forever all the right title interest property claim and demand whatsoever of the
said William B. Green and Mary Green his wife of in and to all the Estate both
real and personal of the said Charles Turner now undivided and the said William
B. Green and Mary Green his wife do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said James W. Lewis and Lewis Green and their Heirs and assigns that whenever
the said Estate of the said Charles Turner shall or ay be devided that they the
said William B. Green and Mary Green his wife will sign ake and execute all
every deed or convey for the better secure any the said undivided intrest in the
said Estate which their counsel haved in the Law may advise at the proper cost
and charge of the said James W. Lewis and Lewis Green and the said William B.
Green and Mary Green his wife do hereby constitute and appoint the said James W.
Lewis and Lewis Green their attornees irrevokeable to receive and take unto
their possesion their undivided intrest in the Estate of the said Charles Turner
as soon as the same shall be divided to their own proper use and benefit not
subject to any claim or demand of the said William B. Green and Mary Green his
wife or their heirs executors administration or assigns

	In witness where of the said William B. Green and Mary Green his wife have
hereunto set their hands and seal the day and year above written
