1887, November 26--- This Indenture made between Mrs. Sarah Griner unto Fred 
E.P. Heggman, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of 
$20 dollars, sold a certain tract of land commencing at the ford at the run of 
the West Prong Little Lotts Creek at the Buckhalter Road, to contain 5 acres.
