Wright’s old foard

1877, July 28---This Indenture made between Samuel E. Groover unto Daniel R. 
Groover both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the Natural love 
and affection which he feels towards his Son, the said Daniel R. Groover and in 
consideration of the sum of $10 dollars, assigns all that certain tract or 
parcel of land lying in the 47th GMD of Bulloch County, containing  400 acres, 
designated as that body of land lying on the South side of the Public road 
running by the residence of the said Samuel E. Groover, the West side is 
bounded by the branch running across the public road below the residence of 
Samuel E. Groover to the NE corner of the ole settlement and leading to Wrights 
old foard and along road to said ford.
Bounded  on the South and East by Jackson Groover and John Proctor and on the 
North by Public Road and S.E. Groover.
