1881, March 8--- This Indenture made between John E. Groover unto A.J. Wilson, 
both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $1882 dollars, 
hath conveyed a lot of land lying in the 1209th GM District of Bulloch County 
containing 500 acres, bounded by D.L. Rigdon, Barnard Newton, Berry Bland and 
lands of the Estate of Joshua Hodges, William Hodges, Estate of Benjamin C. 
Ellis, William Hollingsworth and Seaborn Proctor, with the Water Mill property 
including Grist Mill, saw-gins and gearing [legal wordage of the promissory 
notes]  to draw 8% interest after maturity with all legal interest of 10% 
attorney fees.
