Samuel E. Groover - grave yard

1890, March 1--- This Indenture made between Samuel E. Groover unto D.R. 
Groover, B.C. Groover, B.H. Groover, F.B. Groover, William A. Groover and 
Clifton Groover, all parties of Bulloch County.  Witnesseth that the said 
Samuel E. Groover do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell and convey the following 
property to be held by them in trust for my family grave yard purposes to wit: 
that tract or lot lying near my residence in the 47th District G.M. of Bulloch 
County, located to be 75 feet square, also a right of way from the public road 
leading by my present residence, said square of land being bounded on all sides 
by the lands of the said S.E. Groover.  That said land shall never be used for 
my purposes except a burial place for myself and my family and that of my 
children and their family and others as they May consent to be buried therein.
