1899, August 14--- This Indenture made between D.R. Groover, G.S. Johnston and
R. Lee Moore unto 
Mrs. Jennie Lanier, all of Bulloch County.  That for and in consideration of
$100 dollars did hereby bargain, sell and convey and doth forever Quit-Claim the
following described property, viz: a certain tract of land lying within the 46th
District GM, Bulloch County containing 300 acres bounded North and West by
waters of Lotts Creek, East by D.R. Groover, G.S. Johnston, R. Lee Moore and
South by W.S. Finch by reference to a plat made August 8, 1899 by S.L. Moore,
Jr., Surveyor.
