1795, June 13--- This Indenture made between John Hagin of Bryan County unto 
John Lowther of Bryan County.  For and in consideration of the sum of 5 
shillings Sterling, money of the State, do grant, sell, release & convey all 
that tract of 100 acres lying on the east side of Spring Creek, Waters of 
Belchers Mill Creek, beginning on Stewarts line, running S45 West34 chains to a 
stake, thence adjoining the said John Hagin’s land S45East36 chains to a ____, 
thence N32East33 chains to a ______ on said John _____ line, thence N58West to 
the beginning, including the premises, improvements whereon the said John 
Lowther now lives being part of 300 acres originally to said John Hagin the 
25th of December 1793, Secretaries Office Registered Book BBBB, folio 509 the 
30th December 1793.
