Doctor Hagins - School

1891, March 19--- This Indenture made between Doctor Hagins unto James E. 
Rogers, William A. Waters, William A. Hagins Trustees of a school in the 
community, all of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the good will, 
love and affection which Doctor Hagins has and bears for the community at large 
in which the school is to be situated and for the sum of $ 1 dollar doe grant, 
bargain, sell and convey a small tract or parcel of land lying in the 48th 
District GM of said County and bounded  on the SouthEast and West by
George R. Hagins, on the Northeast by Doctor Hagins and containing 1 acre for 
school purposes and any other public purposes.  Whenever said acre of land 
ceases to be benefit to the community for other public /
school purposes, then said land is to be peaceably delivered back to said 
Doctor Hagins.
