1897, November 11--- This Indenture made between E.V. Harvey of Bryan County
unto Jesse Newman and Thomas Fedder doing business under the firm name of Newman
& Fedder of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $3600
dollars hath sold the following described property located in Bulloch County
about 4 miles North of Pembroke on or about the place where the said E.V. Harvey
has hereto fore carried on a turpentine and naval store business, said place
being known as the Kinsey Old Mill.
