1892, April 6--- This Indenture made between W.W. Haygood unto Fannie A. 
Clarke, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $300 
Dollars and by these presents doth grant, sell, convey and confirm the certain 
premises or parcel of Real Estate described as follows; to wit a certain parcel 
lying and being in the 44th District GM and described in a plat made January 
24, 1892 by H.B. Williamson, Surveyor as follows; Beginning at a point on Lotts 
Creek where the lands of Charles Preetorius and these adjoin; thence South 17 
West 45.70 chains; thence 5 East 1.05 chains; thence South 53 ½ East 11.60 
chains, to South of W.H. Smith; thence North 75 West 11.28 chains to lands of 
Leno D. Moye; thence North 24 ½ East 23 chains to Fish Pond; thence along said 
Pond to Lotts Creek and along said creek to beginning point
Containing 116 acres.  How bounded Eastly by Charles Preetorous, West by L.D. 
Moye, North by Lotts Creek and West by W.H. Smith.
