1881, March 4 --- This Indenture made between George Heard and James A. Fulcher
unto Jesse P. Williams and Burwell _. Outland, all of Screvin County Georgia. 
For and in consideration of the sum of $150 dollars hath granted sold and
confirmed by these presents, do grant unto the said Williams and Outland all
that tract of land lying in the 46th Dist. G.M. on the waters of Lotts, Sculls
and Nevils Creek (or Bay Gall) known as the Martha Lanier land bounded on the
Southwest by G.W. Woods, Northwest by B.A. Williams and Northeast by W.M.
Johnson and R.F. Saunders containing 296 acres.
