1883, July 10--- This Indenture made between Thomas P. Hendley of Bulloch 
County, Executor upon the Estate of Wright Hendley (dec.), late of Emanual 
County unto Thomas B. Womack of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of 
the sum of $1050 dollars paid to said Wright Hendley (dec.) in his lifetime, 
doth convey a lot of land in the 1320th district of Bulloch County containing 
1019 acres bounded on the North by S. Woods and F.M. Hendley, West by B.L. 
Lane, East by James Hodges (except ¼ acre being the graveyard)
Witnesses:						s/ Thomas J. Hendley, 
Exec.
   F.M. Womack						   of Wright Hendley 
(dec.)
   J.L. Southwell, NP
