1887, January 10--- This Indenture made between S.J. Hendley unto B.A. 
Herrington, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of 
$1200 Dollars, hath granted, sold and conveyed and doth sell and convey all 
that parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the 44th GM District 
containing 150 acres bounded as follows; North by Bigg Lotts Creek, East by 
Charles Pretorous , West by James Hendley, South by William Smith.
