1855, January 5--- This Indenture made between James Hendricks unto David 
Hendricks, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $500 
dollars, part of 2 surveys, 304 acres run off 863 acre survey, originally 
granted James Hendricks, Susan Finch and William Hendricks, said grist mills 
and a part of 1000 acre survey originally granted  James Hendricks, January 5, 
1836.  Said land bounded by James Hendricks and James Young, said land 
containing 5000 acres.
