Tattnall County		Warranty Deed
1896, November 25 --- This Indenture made between Sam B. Hendricks of Bulloch 
County unto J.B. Brewton, Sr. of Tattnall County Georgia.  For and in 
consideration of the sum of $900 dollars, assigns all that tract or parcel of 
land lying in Bulloch Co. on the Waters of Canoochee River near Hendricks’ 
Bridge
being a part of a tract conveyed from Benjamin Brewton for 600 acres on May 28, 
1856, bounded on the North by J.B. Brewton and J.M. DeLoach, on the East by 
Alfred Kennedy, on 6the West by Andrew Wilkinson, and on the South by Canoochee 
River and being the place where the said  S.B. Hendrix now resides containing 
72 acres being the East end of tract resurveyed for John M. DeLoach, January 
14, 1871.
