1889, November 19--- This Indenture made between B.L. Hendrix unto W.W. Oliff, 
both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $300 dollars 
cash in hand, doth grant bargain sell convey and confirm all that tract or lot 
of land situate, lying and being in the 1320th District G.M. of Bulloch County, 
bounded on the North by Byron Parrish, on the South by M.B. Hendrix the road 
leading to 
No. 6 on the Central Rail Road and known as the Lots Church Road, being the 
line, on the East by Waters of 
Big Lotts Creek and on the West by Matthew J. Hendrix, containing 202 acres.
