1899, October 2--- This Indenture made between Mathew Hendrix unto H.L. Croft
and others as Trustees of Sardus Church.  For and in consideration of the sum of
$1 dollar, all the following described property, t0-wit; 1 acre on the Northeast
side of Sardus Church.  Bounded North by Nathew Hendrix, East by Mathew Hendrix
and David Buie, South by David Buie and West by Mathew Hendrix, said land being
in the 1320th GM Dist. Of Bulloch County.
	Said land being hereby conveyed with the express condition hereto, that if ever
said Sardus Church is no longer used for Church purposes, the title of the above
property is to revert back to the said Mathew Hendrix or his heirs or assigns.
