1886, July 3--- This Indenture made between Bradley A. Herrington unto S.J. 
Hendley, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $700 
Dollars, hath granted, sold and convey all that parcel of land in the 44th 
Dist. G.M. on the waters of Lotts Creek containing 150 acres, bounded North by 
Lotts Creek, South by W.H. Smith, East by Charles Pretorius, West by James 
Hendley reserve of road through said tract of land to Lotts Creek and the 
privilege of a landing on said creek for J.B. Rushing Sr. and his children.
