1883, August 5--- This Indenture made between James W. Hodges unto Henry R. 
Hodges, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of $332.50 dollars, 
sold and conveyed all that tract of land lying in the 1320th GM District of 
Bulloch County, bounded by Thomas Womack, L.M. Nichols, Mill Creek, and James 
W. Hodges which will more fully appear by reference to a resurvey Plat made 
July 24, 1883, containing 190 acres.

I certify that the above plat is a true representation of 282 acres, being part 
of 2 surveys, 1 originally containing 350 acres and 1 other survey originally 
to Williams and being consolidated for V.K. Hodges July 24, 1883 by Simeon 
Hardrick.  Bounded by Mill Creek and Pridge Branch on the North, Nichols on the 
East, Womack on the West and Thomas Womack & said Hodges on the South.
