1885, February 5--- This Indenture made between James W. Hodges unto Mallie 
Denmark, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of $409 dollars, 
conveyed all that Parcel of land being in the 1320th District GM of said 
county, containing 109 acres bounded and represented by a plat made by Simeon 
Hendrick on the 24th day of July, 1885.
Witnesses:							s/James W. 
Hodges
   W.R. Thompson
   J.L. Southwell, N.P.


Plat:
I certify that the above plat is a true representation of 282 acres being part 
of 2 surveys, 1 originally containing 150 acres granted to Houekish Bowen 10th 
December 1841, a part of other survey originally granted to Williams and being 
as above represents.
   The foregoing deed and plat recorded October 13, 1887.
Bounded by Mill Creek & Pridgen Branch, Thomas Womack, Nichols and Hodges.
