1888, November 19--- This Indenture made between E.W. Hodges unto Louisa Davis, 
both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $15 dollars 
cash in hand, hath sold and conveyed and doth by these presents, grant, 
bargain, sell and convey and assigns 3 acres of land where the Gin House and 
Mill now stands making the Buckhalter Road the line Northeast and all other 
sides of the same, E. W. Hodges.
