1869, October 23--- This Indenture made between William Holloway unto William 
Brannen, Guardian for his Son  James A. Brannen all of Bulloch County.  For and 
in consideration of the sum of $150 dollars, 
Granted, conveyed and assigns all that parcel of land on the East side of Lotts 
Creek and all water privileges that benefit of the Mill place known as my 
Lumber landing.
