1767, March 3--- This Indenture made between Christopher  Hudson and Hannah his 
Wife unto John Davis in consideration of the sum of $1______dollars, 100 acres 
bounded Eastwardly by lands granted by George the Third, King of Great Britain 
to John Casper in the Parish of St Phillips now Bulloch County and bounded 
Easterly by land granted to John Adam Treutlin, at the time of survey vacant on 
all other sides, therefore on Ironmonger Creek, South side of the great Ogechee 
River.
