1897, December 14--- This Indenture made between J.M. Jenkins unto W.G.
Strickland, both of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $145
dollars assigns all the following property, to-wit; 
79 acres situate and being in the 48th District GM of said county and bounded as
follows, on the North and West by mill pond and on the East by J.M. Jenkins and
South by the public road.

Recorded   December 28, 1897


	For value received, I hereby transfer and assign to W.S. Preetorius all my
right, title and interest in and to the land described and conveyed to me in the
foregoing deed.
