1896, August 1  --- This Indenture made between F.F. Jones of Chatham County 
unto Benjamin Floyd of Bulloch County.  For and in consideration of the sum of 
$250 dollars has granted , bargained . sold, conveyed and confirmed  and by 
these presents do sell, convey and confirm all that tract of land lying  about 
3 miles  North of Pembroke in Bulloch Co. containing 100 acres formerly known 
as the T.S. Denmark place and bounded North by Mal Parrish, South by Widow 
Grover and West by the McKenzie Mill tract all of said real estate being a 
portion of the property conveyed by Harrison Olliff to said Jones on December 
6, 1895, record thereof in Book No. 3 page 187-190 of Bulloch County.
