1899, February 27---This Indenture made between Henry Jones of Emanuel County
unto R.E and H.C. Lee of Bulloch County, for and in consideration of the sum of
$3 dollars, sell and convey all the following property; the water privileges for
a fish pond on what is known as the 4 Prong Branch on the East side of 15 Mile
Creek, it being a part of what is known as the Fordham land and bounded on the
South by G.W. Lee, Jr. The said Lees have the privilege of the earth or dirt
that they may need in keeping up the dam on said branch.
