1884, January 25--- This Indenture made between Edmond Kennedy unto Benjamin C. 
Buford, both of Bulloch County, Georgia.  For and in consideration of the sum 
of $2500 dollars, sold & conveyed all that parcel of land containing 915 acres, 
with all the privileges to back water as high as high water mark known as the 
John Rinner lands, now belonging to me, the said Edmond Kennedy, bounded on the 
South by James _______ and on the East by Solomon Hagan and on the Waters of 
the Great Lotts Creek.
